Is customer support included?

Yes. Our customer support team is at your disposal live during the following time intervals:

Monday – Friday, from 8 AM to 1 AM CET (11 PM to 4 PM PST)

Saturday – Sunday, from 11 AM to 7 PM CET ( 2 AM to 10 AM PST)

Can I cancel the subscription at any moment?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any moment which means that we will not be charging you anymore unless you decide to purchase your subscription again.

When do you charge me for a subscription?

Once you sign up to Leadriver you will be able to add a LinkedIn account and choose the number of accounts you want to add if you want to add multiple accounts. At that point, you will be asked to enter your payment info and complete the payment. After a few seconds, you will get access to add a chosen number of accounts.

Once you complete the payment you will have an active subscription for 30 days.

What if I cancel my subscription before it expires?

You will have full access to the tool until the end of your subscription period.

Are you affilliated with LinkedIn?

No, we are in no way affiliated with the company operating LinkedIn. We provide automation software for our users.

Is Leadriver an extension?

No, Leadriver is a cloud-based tool that you log in to with your browser and can close it anytime since it works independently from your computer.
